So, after we take a shower we lit up a bone fire. It’s like we’re camping. We’re chilling, fooling around, singing and eating. I looked at Dianne, I see her pale. I don’t know why, she’s acting so weird these past few days. I know someone broke her heart but I don’t like seeing her like this. She’s my best friend but I think she hides everything from me. 

“Hey Dee Dee! You look pale! Are you okay?” I asked

“Uhm, yeah! I think I’m just tired!” She smiled but I know she’s just hiding everything from me

“Are you sure?” 

“Yes, I am!” I just nod and looked at her. She looked away and she avoided me

“Uhm, Dianne?” I sigh then continued “Can we talk for awhile?” I said

“We’re already talking right?” She grinned

“I mean… uhm.. about.. about some things?” I’m stuttering

“You know what? You look cute, when you stutter NIall!” She slapped me on my upper arm

“Aww, what was that for?” I pouted and rubbed my upper arm

“Haha, nothing!” She laughed. She’s so cute whenever she laugh. Hey, Hey Niall! Stop fancying her, you have a girlfriend! From the side of my eye, I see Zayn looking at us. I think he’s jealous? But for what? He doesn’t need to be jealous of me and Dianne. 

“Okay fine!” I pinch her right cheek

“Do you really need to give revenge?” She asked. I giggled

“Of course, It’s not fair though!” I stuck out my tongue

“Fine fine! Whatever!” She rolled her eyes

“Did you know that when you roll your eyes you are so cute?” I said to her, she blushed “She’s blushing! Cute!” 

“Oh, Shut up!” She went to my back and messed my hair up 

“Diiaaaaaanne!” I groaned, she went back to her place and I tickled her

“Stop it! Stop it!” 

“NO!” I protested “I won’t!” 

“Boys, help me please!” She said whilst laughing

“We won’t!” They said in unison and laughed

“Niall, stop it please!” She laughs and laughs whilst her hands are placed on her tummy. I stopped cause she’s already hiccuping

“Niall and Dianne! Stop the PDA, it’s disgusting! Let’s just sing a song! Niall go play your guitar!” Liam ordered. I looked at Dianne who’s giggling and started to play my guitar. I played and sang My Life Would Suck Without You since I can’t live without my five best friends 

“Hey Niall! Are you singing it for us? Or only to Dianne?” Louis asked with sarcasm, I ignored him and rolled my eyes. 

After the song, the boys teased me and Dianne. I realized that I was looking only at Dianne when I was singing the song! Oh Jesus! That’s why Louis asked if I’m singing it to them or only to Dianne.. O.o 

“So, Niall! Is that song for Dianne or us?” Harry asked with his left eyebrow raised

“Uhm..Uhmm… It’s for all of you!” I answered

“Oh, Really? You were looking at Dianne when you were singing the song! You fancy her, do you?” Liam teased

“Oh, Shut up Liam! He has a girlfriend! Stop teasing us!” Dianne defended

“Right!” I agreed. The boys continued teasing us. Even Zayn. “Oh, Come on guys! You’re starting to piss her off! Stop it!” I added

“How ‘bout you? Aren’t we pissing you off?” Louis laughed

“HA HA! Funny!” I faked a laugh

“Insert sarcastic tone here!” Zayn said, they all laughed except me. Dianne giggled

“Okay, okay! You’re starting to piss me off too!” Stereo Hearts played and I realized that someone’s calling me. I quickly pressed the green button to answer the phone call. They all kept quiet. 

“Hey Babe! How are you?” I looked at Zayn who’s looking at Dianne, I looked at Dianne who’s looking down, playing with the sand. 

“I’m doing good! How ‘bout you?” She answered

“I’m doing good too!” I smiled. I looked at Dianne who wipes her eyes, she looked at me, she has swollen eyes. She’s crying again.Zayn went near her but she walked away, Zayn followed her. I looked at the boys and asked what happened they just shrugged off

“How’s your vacation?” She asked

“I’m enjoying in here! How’s US?” 

“It’s still US!” We both laughed “Wait babe! My phone will die soon. I’ll call you again later!” 

“Okay okay! I love you!” 

“I love you too!” We both ended the phone call. Zayn came back to his place, without Dianne

“Hey, where’s Dianne?” I asked

“She wants to be alone!” He answered

“What’s happening to her? She looks pale. Is there something wrong to her? I’m her best friend but I think she hides everything to me!” I asked Zayn

“I don’t know!” he just shrugged off

“I know, you know something! Zayn please! I’m starting to worry about her!” He looked at me

“WELL YOU WANNA KNOW WHATS GOING ON? SHE LIKES YOU! DIANNE LOVES YOU! YOU’RE THE ONE WHO BROKE HER HEART! SHE ALWAYS CRY EVERY NIGHT! WHEN YOU WERE BUSY WITH DEMI, SHE ALWAYS SAYS HER PROBLEM TO ME! SHE FELT ALONE ONCE! NIALL, SHE DOESN’T DESERVE IT! SHE DOESN’T! HOW I WISH SHE FELL IN LOVE WITH ME, NOT WITH YOU!” Zayn shouted and walked out. Me, Harry, Louis and Liam were in state of shock. Dianne likes me? She likes me? NO please! I’ve hurt my best friend! I’ve hurt her! I felt guilty. I saw Dianne standing there by my side, froze and can’t move

“Dee Dee?” I looked at her

“Hey Dianne, are you okay?” Louis asked, Dianne just shrugged off, her eyes turned watery and she keeps on crying. “Guys, I’m gonna bring her to her hotel room! Fix this mess! I guess she’s just tired!” We just nodded. Dianne’s having a piggy back ride on Louis. 

“You know that she likes me, don’t you?” I looked at the boys, they just nod

“Let’s go! Let’s fix this and let’s go to bed!” Harry ordered 

We cleaned the mess, we’re all silent. After we finished cleaning we went to our hotel room. I saw Zayn, sitting on the couch, listening to music so he didn’t notice that we came in

“Zayn, where’s Louis?” Harry asked

“I don’t know!” He went inside his room

“Hey Zayn!” I called him, but he ignored me

“Let him be! Just give him space!” Liam tapped his hands on my shoulder

“It’ll be okay!” Harry said

“I hope! I hope!” I left them and went inside my room
